1. No Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by customers.
Once you confirm your order and payment is processed, the order enters our fulfillment system immediately. Due to our quick processing time, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to:
Stock unavailability or inventory discrepancies Pricing errors on the website Delivery limitations to certain areas Suspected fraudulent transactions Any other operational constraints If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.

2. No Returns or Refunds Policy

General Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances. The only time refund is made is in the case of order cancellation from our end (Refund will be credited in 7 working days to the original payment source), in any other case a replacement will be provided.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Bangles are delicate jewellery items and may be damaged during return shipping. For hygiene and quality reasons, once worn or tried, items cannot be resold. Our products are accurately represented on the website with detailed images and descriptions.

3. Size Selection - Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to order the correct bangle size.

4. Damaged Product Policy

We understand that despite our best efforts in packaging, products may occasionally arrive damaged during transit. We have a ONE-TIME replacement policy for genuinely damaged items.

Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement will be provided ONLY if:
1. Unboxing Video Evidence: You provide a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video that meets all requirements (detailed below)
2. Timely Reporting: The damage is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
3. Genuine Damage: The damage occurred during transit, not due to mishandling after delivery
4. First Claim: This is the first replacement request for this order (only one replacement per order)

Unboxing Video Requirements

MANDATORY: To claim a damaged product replacement, you must provide an unboxing
video with the
following specifications:
1. Sealed Package: Video must show the package in its sealed condition before opening
2. Shipping Label & Invoice: Clearly show the shipping label and any invoice/documents on the package
3. Continuous Recording: The video must be continuous without any cuts, edits, or interruptions
4. Product Visibility: The product must remain visible throughout the unboxing process
5. Lighting: Record in a well-lit environment where damage is clearly visible
6. Soft Surface: Unbox on a soft surface (cloth, cushion, soft mat) as bangles are delicate and may get damaged if dropped on hard surfaces
7. Damage Documentation: Clearly show the damaged area/defect in the video Claims submitted without proper video evidence will NOT be entertained.

How to Report Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product:
1. Do not discard the packaging – Keep all packaging materials, labels, and invoices
2. Record the unboxing video as per requirements above

Claim Review Process

Our team will thoroughly review your video evidence and claim

If approved, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost to you. No refund
will be issued under any circumstances.

Replacement Shipping

For approved damage claims, we will ship the replacement product free of charge
The replacement will be shipped using the same shipping method
Estimated delivery time for replacements: 7-10 working days from approval

Limitations

One replacement per order: If the replacement item also arrives damaged, no further replacements will be provided
No cash refunds: We only offer replacements, not refunds for damaged items
Time-bound: Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery
Video requirement is strict: Incomplete or edited videos will result in claim rejection

5. Quality Assurance

All our products undergo quality checks before dispatch. We use secure packaging to minimize damage during transit
However, we cannot control handling during shipping, which is why video evidence is essential

6. Wrong Item Received

If you receive a completely different product than what you ordered:

We will verify and arrange for the correct item to be shipped
Return of the wrong item may be arranged at our expense

7. Missing Items

If your package arrives but items are missing:
