We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India through our trusted shipping partner, Delhivery.

PIN Code Verification

• Please verify that your PIN code is serviceable before placing an order
• You can check PIN code serviceability on our website during checkout
• We are not responsible for orders placed to non-serviceable or incorrect PIN codes

2. Shipping Charges

Flat Rate Shipping: ₹150 per order
• The shipping charge of ₹150 applies to the entire order, not per item
• No matter how many bangles you order, you pay only ₹150 for shipping
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 working days from the date of order confirmation
• Order processing time does not include weekends and public holidays
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email/Message once your order has been dispatched

4. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Within 1-2 weeks (7-14 days) anywhere in India
• Delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement
• Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partner and may vary based on:
• Your location
• Weather conditions
• Local festivals and holidays
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/Message
• You can track your order in real-time using the tracking number provided
• Tracking is powered by Delhivery API services.
• You can also track your order directly on the Delhivery website or app.

6. Delivery Process

Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package
• A valid ID may be required at the time of delivery
• Please inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting delivery

Unboxing Video Recommendation

IMPORTANT: We strongly encourage all customers to record a continuous unboxing
video when receiving your order. This video should:

• Show the sealed package before opening
• Display the shipping label and invoice clearly
• Be recorded in a well-lit environment
• Show the product being unboxed on a soft surface (as bangles are delicate)
• Keep the product visible at all times during unboxing
This video serves as proof in case of any damage claims. Claims without proper video
evidence will not be entertained.

7. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

• If you are unavailable during delivery, our shipping partner will attempt delivery again
• Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us
• Re-delivery charges may apply for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers
• Address changes after order dispatch may not be possible

Undeliverable Orders

• We rely on our delivery partner (Delhivery) for successful completion of delivery
• If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, additional charges may apply for re-shipment
• Orders returned to us due to delivery failure may be subject to additional shipping charges if re-sent

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Reporting Damage or Loss

• Any issues with delivery, including damaged or lost packages, must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product (or expected delivery date for lost packages)

9. Stock Availability

• Orders are accepted only for in-stock items

• In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund

As we ship within India only, there are no customs or import duties applicable.
